 * Security certifications or experience partnering with cybersecurity teams

 * Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation

 * Exposure to data engineering or ETL processes

 * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

## Description

Insight Global is seeking a Python SQL Developer for a top client. This candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend applications, optimizing database performance, and delivering scalable solutions using Python and SQL. The ideal individual will have a strong understanding of secure software development practices and be comfortable building systems with security, compliance, and data protection in mind. Additionally, this person should be enthusiastic about leveraging modern AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, and problem-solving efforts. Day-to-Day:

 * Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and services

 * Develop and optimize SQL queries, database schemas, and stored procedures

 * Partner with security teams to implement secure coding practices and vulnerability remediation

 * Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve coding efficiency, testing, and documentation

 * Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems
