## About the Role

+ Experience with Azure and/or AWS is a must
 + Need to know one or more scripting languages, preferably JavaScript and/or Ruby
 + Excellent interpersonal skills that build positive relationships with customers and team members
 + Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration or any quantitative and analytical discipline, or equivalent experience
 + Ability to match clients' business requirements with product capabilities
 + Strong capability to organize work schedule and time to ensure deadlines and commitments are always met

## Description

The Cloud Designated Engineer is responsible for managing all the technical aspects of our relationship with some of our largest clients. You will provide top-quality technical service and business support, occasionally visit customers face to face, arrange training for customers, and host regular status meetings with technical and executive customer contacts.
Responsibilities:

 + Provide business, technical, and product knowledge
 + Address product related questions and technical challenges
 + Assist customers with custom scripts written in JavaScript and/or Ruby
 + Educate clients on how new and existing product features and functionality work, and how they can improve their business security
 + Ensure client tickets and escalations are resolved in appropriate time
 + Accurately replicate, identify, and document software issues
 + Document feature requests for customers and partner with product and engineering teams to ensure completion
