## Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team! As the Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet customers as they arrive, direct them appropriately, answer phone calls, and maintain the front desk area. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. If you're a "people person" with a passion for health and fitness, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and prospective members
Respond to inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email
Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area
Accurately record client information and accept payments
Schedule appointments
Manage incoming and outgoing calls
