Preferred + Healthcare or behavioral health experience. + Experience developing training curricula and employee education programs. + Knowledge of adult learning principles. + Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). + HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred but not required. ## Description The HR Staff Development Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating employee orientation, training, leadership development, compliance education, and continuing education programs. This position works closely with department managers to assess training needs, improve employee performance, and promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
