## Description

We are looking for a Senior Signals Specialist to join our Technical Solutions team and serve as a trusted technical partner for advertisers implementing and optimizing their ad signals.

In this role, you will work closely with priority advertisers to assess their technical stack, onboard them to conversions API and pixel-based solutions, and ensure high-quality signal capture through rigorous testing and QA. You will also support non-priority advertisers through reactive troubleshooting, partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve signal-related issues efficiently. This is a hands-on, client facing role for someone who enjoys translating complex technical concepts into practical solutions that unlock performance outcomes.

Please note that this role is required to work in person from our SF office 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities:

 * Act as the technical subject matter expert for advertiser signal integrations, including CAPI and pixels
 * Lead technical discovery calls to understand advertisers' tech stacks
 * Guide advertisers through end-to-end CAPI onboarding, including implementation, configuration, and validation
 * Perform QA and debugging to ensure accurate, complete, and deduplicated event data
 * Advise on best practices for event design, data mapping, and measurement strategy
 * Troubleshoot signal issues
 * Diagnose discrepancies related to data loss, event mismatches, deduplication, and attribution gaps
 * Provide clear, actionable guidance to advertisers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
 * Partner with sales, product, and engineering to unblock advertiser issues and surface recurring signal gaps
 * Identify trends in advertiser challenges and contribute feedback to improve tooling, documentation, and workflows
 * Help shape internal best practices and playbooks for signal implementation and support
