Zantech is looking for a talented IT Performance Management SME to contribute to the success of our upcoming Operations and Program Management Support Services project for a Hybrid role based out of Ashburn, VA. IT Performance Management SME Responsibilities The Contractor shall provide an IT Performance Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will serve as the lead technical and analytical resource for portfolio oversight. This SME is notresponsible for the IT service delivery lifecycle itself; that is the responsibility of the integratorcontract. Instead, this SME is responsible for viewing the integrator's work through the ServiceDelivery and Resource Allocation (SDRA) program control lens. They will provide the analytical rigor required to assess performance, validate efficiency, and inform Governmentgovernance decisions. Key Responsibilities: * Metric and SLA Development: Provide expert guidance in the development of meaningful KPIs and SLAs to measure integrator performance, focusing on value, costeffectiveness,and alignment with Government objectives. * Performance Data Analysis: Analyze technical, financial, and operational data from the integrator and portfolio systems to identify trends, evaluate performance against established baselines, and surface risks or opportunities.
