## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im Bereich Information Technology
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als IT Informationssicherheits-Manager (m/w/d) im Aufbau, Betrieb oder in der Weiterentwicklung eines ISMS
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ISO 27001, BSI-Grundschutz, Risikomanagement und Informationssicherheitsprozessen
 * Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Audits sowie im Umgang mit Security- und Compliance-Tools
 * Verhandlungssichere (mindestens C1) Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Planung, Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems (ISMS) auf Basis gängiger Standards (z. B. ISO 27001, BSI-Grundschutz)
 * Definition, Implementierung und Überwachung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Prozessen und technischen sowie organisatorischen Maßnahmen
 * Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, Sicherheitsbewertungen und Audits sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
 * Steuerung von Security-Incidents, Koordination interner und externer Stakeholder sowie Sicherstellung der Dokumentation
 * Sensibilisierung von Mitarbeitenden zu Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Schulung im sicheren Umgang mit Informationen und IT-Systemen
