 * Verantwortung für die ganzheitliche Betreuung von SAP-Cloud-Kunden über den gesamten Lifecycle hinweg (Onboarding bis Vertragsverlängerung)
 * Steuerung und Koordination von Service- und Projektleistungen inkl. Einhaltung von Scope, Budget und Meilensteinen
 * Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch aktives Incident-, Problem- und Eskalationsmanagement
 * Planung und Durchführung regelmäßiger Service-Reviews sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Servicequalität
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern (z. B. Delivery, Support, Projektleitung) zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Kundenanforderungen
