 * Be an early applicant, * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Softwareteams im Bereich Steuerungs- und Automatisierungstechnik
 * Verantwortung für die Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Softwarelösungen für Sondermaschinen auf Basis von Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 und CODESYS 3
 * Definition technischer Anforderungen sowie Weiterentwicklung von Softwarearchitekturen, Standards und modularen Bausteinen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Mechanik, Elektrik, Projektleitung und Prozessentwicklung innerhalb interdisziplinärer Projektteams
 * Unterstützung des Teams bei Inbetriebnahmen, Fehlersuche und systematischer Problemanalyse (z. B. 5-Why-Methode, Funktionskettenlogik)
 * Bewertung technischer Risiken, Entwicklung geeigneter Lösungsstrategien und Unterstützung im Eskalationsfall
 * Planung, Priorisierung und Koordination der Aufgaben im Team zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektablaufs
