 * Be an early applicant, * Betreuung der an das Dokumentenmanagementsystem angeschlossenen Abteilungen bei Fragen zu den Funktionalitäten und Weiterentwicklungen
 * Anpassungen des Dokumentenmanagementsystems an die Bedürfnisse der angeschlossenen Abteilungen, ggfs. in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
 * Aktive Unterstützung bei der weiteren Digitalisierung von Verwaltungsprozessen
 * Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen
 * Fehleranalyse und -behebung im Rahmen des operativen IT-Betriebs
