 * Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Cisco Access-Switchen (Layer 2/3) über CLI
 * Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting im laufenden Betrieb inkl. Netzwerkmonitoring
 * Ticketbearbeitung und Dokumentation in ServiceNow (SNOW) inkl. Ticketpflege
