 * Sie steuern das Anforderungsmanagement, inklusive Jira-Boards und Tickets.
 * Sie planen Test-Szenarien, führen Fehleranalysen durch, identifizieren technische Probleme durch gezieltes Debugging und entwickelen nachhaltige Lösungen im Troubleshooting.
 * Sie sind kompetenter Ansprechpartner auf Augenhöhe für die Kunden.
