## Description

Selbstständige telefonische Bearbeitung von eingehenden Störungen im Rahmen des Second Level Supports * Fehlerbehebung von VPN-Lösungen im Kunden- und Eigenbetrieb

 * Unterstützend:

o Planung, Bewertung und Durchführung von Changes des IT-Services
o Mitwirkung im Test- und Qualitätsmanagement in der Rolle des Testers
o Installation und Konfiguration von VPN-Lösungen unter Einhaltung der geltenden Sicherheitsvorgaben
o Pflege und Weiterentwicklung technischer Dokumentationen
