Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Automation, or a related technical field.
3-5 years of experience in applications engineering, field engineering, sales engineering, or another customer?facing technical role.
Experience working in industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing technology, or a related field.
Strong ability to assess production processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose automation solutions.
Comfortable walking a factory floor and discussing technical requirements with operators, engineers, and decision?makers.
Ability to develop clear technical proposals, system specifications, and business value analyses.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
Ability to travel across Southern Europe as needed.
