Experience withlow-level or performance-critical systems(real-time, synchronization, hardware drivers, or embedded systems)
Deep experience working on large-scale, complex software systems - owning significant parts of the design, not just individual features
Cross-platform xqbhyrx development (Windows and Linux)
Experience with CI/CD and modern development workflows and toolchainsStrong communication skills - able to influence across teams and levels
Preferred
Electronics engineering or hardware-adjacent academic background
Background in test & measurement instrumentation
Experience with FPGA-based systems
