## About the Role

Minimum Qualifications Master's or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
5+ years of relevant industry experience, including 2+ years in project or people management.
3+ years of hands?on experience with deep learning techniques (e.G., computer vision, LLMs, or similar).
Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI systems (including RAG and Agentic AI architectures).
Expertise in fine?tuning, aligning, and optimizing LLMs for specialized tasks, as well as experience with model pruning and compression techniques.
Proficiency in Python, Docker, Git, and modern development workflows (GitHub/GitLab).
Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and best practices for software development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and high?performing teams.
Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications PhD in a relevant technical field with extensive experience in AI/ML or computational sciences.
Experience with deep learning model compression and inference optimization engines (e.G., TensorRT, vLLM).
Hands?on experience in evaluating Generative AI systems on real?world data.
