Experteer Overview In this role, you will own the administration, performance optimization, and long-term strategy for enterprise Oracle and SQL Server environments. You will partner with infrastructure, security, and IT teams to ensure reliability, availability, and data integrity across critical systems. You will lead backup, recovery, and disaster planning while enforcing security and licensing controls. You will collaborate on new technology initiatives, patching, and change management to align with business needs. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with opportunities to shape database strategy in a hybrid, growth-focused environment.
