Experteer Overview In this role you act as the technical anchor for the CRM engineering squad, turning complex requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions. You work hands-on with the team to deliver sprint commitments and elevate engineering standards while promoting an AI-first approach. You mentor peers, drive delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical reality with business goals. This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of our CRM platform initiatives.
