Experteer Overview In this role you will lead large-scale Oracle HCM implementations for public sector clients, shaping how HR, technology, and processes align to drive workforce performance. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and stabilize complex solutions while guiding change management and user adoption. Your work will span requirements, design, integration, and post-go-live support, impacting tens of thousands of employees. This role offers meaningful impact in transforming HR using emerging technology and AI-enabled insights.
