## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you shape and drive the architecture of commercial technologies, guiding multiple engineering teams in an Agile healthcare-focused environment. You actively lead as a hands-on technologist, coaching engineers in AI-augmented practices and designing end-to-end solutions. You will pioneer Agentic AI usage to accelerate design, code review, and task automation, while upholding high-quality software standards. You lead architecture discussions, influence cross-functional partners, and translate business needs into scalable, secure platforms. This role offers the chance to impact healthcare outcomes through advanced technology and AI-driven engineering. Compensation / Benefits * Set organization-wide software structure and quality standards, including responsible use of Agentic AI * Lead and coach engineers across teams in modern AI-augmented development practices * Design prompts, guardrails, and agent workflows to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality * Act as SME in multiple technologies and contribute to organizational standards * Master testing strategies for microservices, API contracts, and end-to-end workflows * Apply Agentic AI to author test suites, generate edge cases, and triage failures * Architect data flows powering AI use cases and set best practices for data management * Provide technical direction on cloud-native architectures, integration strategies, and AI workload cost management * Define operations strategies including AI-assisted observability and self-healing systems * Direct secure coding practices and regulatory guidance for AI in healthcare contexts (HIPAA, HITRUST) Tasks * Significant experience building architecture for complex distributed systems and leading teams * Hands-on use of Agentic AI for architecture, design, and implementation (AI coding agents, design copilots, automated code reviews) * Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management * Expert level experience with Java with Spring Boot and JavaScript React * Expert level experience developing, deploying, and supporting REST services and microservices * Expert level experience with container orchestration and cloud-native architectures * IaC, service mesh, API gateway, GitOps, and modern CD for cloud-native platforms * Knowledge of LLM-backed services, prompt engineering, and governance * Experience with relational and non-relational databases and event-driven patterns * Strong leadership and communication skills with strategic business judgment Key requirements * medical, dental, and vision benefits * 401(k) retirement plan * discretionary bonuses
