Experteer Overview Lead Platform Software V&V Engineer at Ford EVDD to architect and execute safety, performance, and deterministic reliability strategies for next-gen ECUs. You will drive post-silicon bench testing, hardware validation, and automated test frameworks while ensuring ISO 26262 ASIL compliance. You'll mentor distributed teams and collaborate with cross-functional partners to align hardware-software interfaces and optimize real-time performance. This role offers impact through shaping validation infrastructure and advancing safe, reliable automotive software.
