Experteer Overview As Lead Application Analyst at DEW, you will guide a team of workforce analysts and serve as the subject matter expert for SCWOS and Service Desk operations. You'll drive performance, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration to support South Carolina's workforce programs. You'll turn data into insights to improve operations and training, shaping how the state connects jobseekers with opportunities. This role offers impact at scale within a mission-driven agency.
