## About the Role

Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

CompTIA A+ certification.

3-5 years of experience in Help Desk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support roles.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Experience troubleshooting desktop hardware, software applications, printers, and operational peripherals.

Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wireless networking, and switching concepts.

Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to support multiple locations.

## Description

Our client is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician II to provide advanced technical support across multiple locations. This role is responsible for supporting end users, communication infrastructure, business applications, network-connected devices, and operational technology environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, experience supporting Windows and macOS systems, and the ability to independently resolve complex technical issues while serving as an escalation resource for junior team members.
