## About the Role

Associate's degree or above in computer science, information systems, or related field; and/or

prior experience working on a Helpdesk, in IT, or similar technical function

### Minimum Experience Required

Customer Service: 2+ years & Technical Support: 2+ year

## Description

Technical Support & Customer Success Specialist Job Responsibilities:

Customer support & help desk assistance

Resolve customer-facing technical issues by email or phone in a courteous and timely manner

Work with Windows pc, projectors, cameras, sensors and av equipment

Provide remote troubleshooting of ActiveFloor installations

Able to travel to customer locations around the US for installation, service and support

Build relationships with our expanding dealer network

Train dealers on ActiveFloor installations and technical support

Test equipment before shipment

Maintain stock and spare parts; organize tradeshow equipment

Perform warehousing duties including shipment preparation and monthly inventory reports

Set up and participate at industry tradeshows and partner events
