 * 2-3 years of experience in data governance, data quality management, or data management roles. Business Analysts with some amount of exposure to data lineage is a strong plus.
 * Basic understanding of data concepts, databases, reporting, data aggregation and visualization tools.
 * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 * Strong analytical, communication, and self-learning skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

## Description

The Data Governance & Quality Analyst supports data lineage and governance activities by helping maintain data lineage documentation, collecting information from stakeholders, and assisting with data quality and governance initiatives. This role collaborates with a globally spread out business and technology stakeholder base to ensure data flows are depicted accurately and are in conformance with organizational policies and procedures., * Assist with tracking data lineage and data governance deliverables, action items, and related activities to support the workstream objectives.

 * Gather information from business and technology stakeholders to support lineage and data governance activities.
 * Support data quality reviews by identifying data hygiene issues and assisting with issue tracking and remediation activities.
 * Help prepare presentations related to data lineage and data governance initiatives.
 * Participate in meetings, working sessions, and governance forums while capturing key actions and follow-ups.
 * Maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, lineage, and flow diagrams.
 * Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve documentation quality.
