## Description

The IT Field Technician will be the hands-on resource for our remote office locations. You will be responsible for providing Tier 2 desktop support, assist with network work issues, troubleshoot printers, and resolve simple server issues.
Responsibilities

 + Issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
 + Provide additional assistance and handle escalated support tickets
 + Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
 + Manage printers
 + Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN)
 + Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
 + Work in new construction zones and bring new facilities online
