Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Databricks or comparable modern data and AI platforms. * Background in capital markets, fintech, or similarly regulated technology environments. * Demonstrated ability to build and scale engineering cultures that embrace innovation, calculated risk-taking, and continuous learning. This position will be located in Atlanta, GA and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates. ## Description As a Senior Director of Software Engineering at Nasdaq, you will lead the modernization of the mission-critical platforms that power the IPO journey and the full lifecycle of public companies listed on Nasdaq. Reporting to the AVP of Software Engineering, you will serve as a transformation leader and player-coach - driving strategy, shaping architecture, and delivering meaningful change through technical credibility and hands-on execution.
