As we grow, the performance benchmarks you establish will become the foundation for scaling our robotics platform globally.What We're Looking ForHigher Vocational Training or Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical, Automation, Robotics, Software, or related fields.Strong knowledge of robot programming, PLCs, or industrial control systems.Experience in robotics integration, commissioning, or industrial automation.Ability to perform structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis.Fluent Spanish and willingness to travel frequently (driving license required).
Nice to have: experience with industrial vision systems, performance data analysis, or robot simulation tools.You'll thrive at THEKER ifYou're excited by a fast-paced and ambitious environment.
