Experteer Overview In this Director-level backend engineer role, you will design and build scalable backend services and APIs, owning them end-to-end from design to operation. You will work with distributed systems to meet performance, latency, and reliability goals while shaping robust, maintainable code. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real engineering problems at scale, driving resilient and observable systems that enable business impact. This role offers the chance to influence system design and own meaningful components within a leading financial services technology organization.
