Experteer Overview In this role you design and implement embedded software for missile subsystems, driving the software lifecycle from requirements through integration with flight testing. You will work within a cross-functional team to deliver flight-critical software that meets defense-grade standards. Your focus spans architecture, implementation, and hardware integration to support mission testing. This is a hands-on position at the intersection of software and hardware, with a clear impact on flight test outcomes and subsystem performance. Compensation / Benefits * design, develop and implement embedded software for missile programs * analyze requirements and craft architecture and design * implement and integrate software with hardware * support flight testing of missile subsystems * deploy, debug and verify software on hardware * communicate needs and progress to leadership Tasks * Active Secret Clearance with most recent investigation in last 5 years * Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering * Proficient in C++ programming * Knowledge and Experience with Embedded Linux * Experience deploying, debugging, and integrating embedded software on hardware * Ability to interpret program needs, formulate solutions, and communicate to leadership effectively Key requirements * 401K * medical * dental * vision * sick time as applicable to state law
