Experteer Overview In this role you will elicit stakeholder needs, analyze business requirements, and assess opportunities to improve application value. You will ensure reliable, up-to-date solutions aligned with vendor requirements, while providing daily support and troubleshooting. You'll drive efficiency, optimize feature use, and contribute to cross-department projects, with a focus on improving the client experience and business decisions through solid reporting and risk-aware assessment. This is a chance to help scale banking applications and support service quality within a collaborative team.
