Experteer Overview As a Lead Software Engineer at Capital One, you will guide a multifaceted portfolio of cloud-native, microservices-based projects within the Enterprise Platforms Technology group. You'll mentor engineers, collaborate with product managers, and deliver robust cloud solutions that empower millions of Americans. You'll stay at the forefront of tech trends, contribute to developer tooling, and help accelerate software delivery. This role blends leadership with hands-on full-stack development in a high-growth environment.
