In this role, you will help shape how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase products through AI-powered, chat-based interactions. You'll work within an established design system to create intuitive end-to-end experiences that seamlessly integrate with the broader shopping ecosystem. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong retail/e-commerce background who excels at systems thinking, service design, and crafting user-centered conversational experiences.
