Candidates must graduate from an accredited institution between December 2024 and December 2026. + Passionate about innovation and problem-solving. + Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. + Prepared to travel extensively during the field experience portion of the program, up to 38 weeks per year, including Monday-Friday travel to customer sites across the U.S., with occasional Sunday travel required for site orientation or early Monday start times. Assignments support factory acceptance testing and field commissioning. + Willing to relocate to Wendell, NC. Assistance is provided to hires who must relocate more than 50 miles from their permanent address. + Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis. ## Description Throughout the program, you'll contribute to projects that support the modernization of critical power infrastructure, including utility substations, digital substations, data centers, semiconductor and advanced manufacturing campuses, renewable energy interconnections, battery energy storage systems, and solar-integrated microgrids. You'll make an impact by: + Completing two six-month technical rotations, one on Protection and one on Automation, including approximately seven weeks of technical and safety training in Wendell, NC, integrated with six hands-on field rotations (three in each area).
