Preferred Experience + BuildOps ownership within a multi-location organization. + Integration experience with ERP and other systems. + Experience supporting mobile field-service users. + Experience with acquisitions, new business rollouts, or data migration. ## Description We are searching for a BuildOps Application Analyst. This person will serve as the primary internal owner of BuildOps across multiple commercial service businesses. This is not a traditional help desk role. It combines hands-on application support, platform administration, integration troubleshooting, user training, and process improvement. The successful candidate will be patient and service-oriented, but confident enough to establish clear processes, improve platform adoption, and hold users accountable. Direct BuildOps experience is required. The organization needs someone who can quickly take ownership of the platform and support users ranging from field technicians and service managers to accounting teams and business leaders. What You Will Do + Serve as the primary internal owner and subject matter expert for BuildOps. + Manage and prioritize support requests, resolve issues, and coordinate with other technical teams when needed. + Troubleshoot problems involving BuildOps, mobile users, ERP integrations, accounting workflows, and invoicing. + Partner with the Viewpoint Spectrum application owner to resolve data and integration issues between the platforms. + Support workflows involving dispatch, service calls, technician activity, labor, purchasing, inventory, projects, billing, and reporting. + Improve platform adoption and promote more consistent processes across multiple operating companies. + Maintain user access, training records, support documentation, and onboarding materials. + Work with field employees, accounting teams, IT, software vendors, and local business leaders to identify and solve operational problems. + Support system testing, data conversion, application rollouts, and newly added business locations. + Track platform issues, enhancement requests, and improvement opportunities., Jones Grove is a people-first IT recruiting partner based in Charlotte with a trusted national reach.
