This project will provide IT service desk, systems, network, and security operations support for Federal Prison Industries (UNICOR), supporting end users, Microsoft infrastructure, and mission-critical business systems in hybrid work environments. This position is remote/hybrid; candidates must be willing to work on-site at the Central UNICOR office in Washington, DC when required; work hours are from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day. The Junior Network Administrator is a member of the team responsible for keeping the network running efficiently. The Junior Network Administrator ensures that all computers and other devices connected to networks, including routers, hubs and switches, are operating correctly. What does a typical day look like for a Junior Network Administrator?
