## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will troubleshoot complex building and control-system issues for Schneider Electric field engineers and partners, using Schneider equipment to simulate customer environments. You will configure Windows servers/workstations, build and integrate BMS components, and analyze logs with debugging tools to identify root causes. You'll collaborate with Engineering and QA to drive resolution and maintain thorough documentation of cases. The position offers hands-on work with automation, security, and HVAC domain technologies in a customer-facing capacity, contributing to reliable, scalable building management solutions.
