At least 2-3 years of experience in managing IT systems, networks, and security. Training in Microcomputer Systems, Systems Administration, Application Development, or a related field. Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux) and office and enterprise applications (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365), collaboration tools (SharePoint, etc.), networks, and virtualization. Experience in database management (preferably SQL), cloud architectures, and virtualization systems (VMWare, etc.). Experience in technical support and incident resolution. Experience with MES, SCADA, QMS, and WMS, as well as PLC and machine interface solutions, is a plus. Familiarity with production computing environments, processes, and manufacturing techniques. Strong problem-solving and results-oriented skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to interact with stakeholders from different areas of the company. Technical skills in programming languages are a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience in collaborative environments and working with multidisciplinary teams. Interest in continuous improvement and technological innovation. Good written and spoken English.
