## Description

We're looking for someone who loves making operations run smooth. You'll own the day-to-day of our last-mile delivery network keeping it stable and robust. If you like seeing your work turn into real parcels delivered on time, this is for you.What you'll do? Keep the routing engine humming: postcode assignments, service level, coverage rules? Spot hub saturation before it becomes a problem? Support new hub and sub-hub launches from zero to live? Jump on incidents fast and fix them with the ops and tech teams? Own the data that keeps the network honest: service files, dashboards, service level tracking? Work side by side with hub managers, 3 PL partners and cross-functional teamsWhat you bring? 3+ years in logistics, operations, supply chain or something close?
