## About the Role

Be part of our talent pool and grow with H2 O. We are looking for an ERP Analyst (IFS) to support and evolve our enterprise systems.
You will play a key role as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, helping translate operational needs into efficient ERP solutions while driving continuous improvement across processes.The Benefits Yearly bonus program; Twelve (12) paid wellness days per year.
The Day-to-Day Act as the functional lead for ERP systems, with a strong focus on IFS; Translate business requirements into system configurations and enhancements; Support daily ERP operations, troubleshooting issues and conducting root-cause analysis; Configure workflows, roles, and ERP functionalities; Participate insystem upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives; Support testing activities including unit testing, integration, and UAT; Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and process documentation; Train and support end users to ensure strong system adoption; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.); Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to business processes and system usage.
The Skills We Are Looking For 3 years or more of experience as an ERP / Functional / Application Analyst; Strong experience with enterprise ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics; Experience with IFS (strong asset); Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes; Experience with ERP configuration and user support; Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; Ability to translate business needs into system solutions; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Bilingual in English and Spanish.
