Essential Functions: Main Accountabilities * Lead and manage the technical delivery of large and moderately complex architectural projects from conception through implementation, ensuring successful outcomes and alignment with departmental goals. * Analyze complex technical problems, often without clear precedent, by applying deep architectural expertise and recommending innovative solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. * Serve as a recognized expert in S4 transformation / Migration projects (brown and green field) and related technology (Joule, BTP, S4 capabilities, ect.) with good overall functional knowledge of logistics and financial SAP modules. * Lead development and implementation of organization-wide SAP AI and Automation strategy, driving digital transformation and operational efficiency * Architect and deploy AI-powered SAP solutions that have significantly reduced process cycle times and improved decision-making accuracy * Provide significant input into resource planning and the development of architectural policies, ensuring that technical strategies are robust, scalable, and support Bunge's short to mid-term business objectives. * Architect and design comprehensive technical solutions that address business requirements, considering integration, data flow, security, and performance across various systems and platforms. * Act as a key technical resource, guiding colleagues and project teams in the application of architectural principles and complex problem-solving. * Ensure that technical solutions are documented, adhere to architectural standards, and can be efficiently maintained and scaled for future business needs.
