Leads performance benchmarking, capacity planning, and load testing efforts to ensure systems meet current and future reliability and scalability demands. * Operational Excellence & Risk Management: Owns operational readiness and service health for critical systems, including monitoring (Grafana), tracing (Dynatrace), logging (DataDog), metrics (OpenTelemetry, VictoriaMetrics), alerting (Prometheus), incident response (PagerDuty), and SLA adherence.
