The employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position. ## Description The Firmware Engineering Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end development of machine control firmware solutions, collaborating with electrical and mechanical engineers to design and implement control algorithms. This role will lead teams of firmware engineers through all project phases, support bid and proposal efforts through labor and material cost estimation, and work with test engineers to verify firmware in live mail-processing environments.
