Preferred Skills * Network troubleshooting in data center environments. (Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki, Arista) * Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automating server and cloud operations. * Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions in AWS, Azure, or O365 environments. * Knowledge of infrastructure capacity planning and performance tuning. * Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration for managing distributed applications. * Familiarity with security best practices, SIEM platforms, and endpoint protection. * Experience with advanced video streaming technologies and CDNs. * Familiarity with infrastructure performance tuning and capacity planning., * Provide game day support on major holidays when games are played. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience. * Certifications: CCNA, CCNP (or equivalent) ITIL and technical certifications in, servers and/ or cloud (preferred). * Experience: Demonstrated expertise in a complex, multisite environment. ## Description Blue Mantis is looking to hire a IT Operations Engineer to support multiple customers based in the Los Angeles California area.
