This hybrid role requires some on-site presence in New York City. The Agile Coach will serve as a trusted advisor to product teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders, guiding the organization toward higher levels of Agile maturity. The role involves hands-on coaching, training, mentoring, and fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and alignment with organizational goals., Agile Transformation Coaching + Provide coaching to large-scale Agile transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes. + Collaborate with Agile Center of Excellence leadership to develop and execute a tailored Agile transformation coaching roadmap. + Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. + Partner with product teams to implement Agile and product-centric practices to enhance delivery and business value. + Serve as a trusted advisor to teams and mid-level leadership, reinforcing core Agile principles and practices. Training and Facilitation + Design and deliver interactive workshops, training programs, and hands-on labs on Agile principles, tools, and methodologies. + Provide education on technical best practices including DevOps, XP engineering practices (TDD, CI/CD, pairing), and Lean principles. Continuous Improvement + Drive a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating effective retrospectives and promoting data-driven decision-making. + Analyze team performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and recommend actionable strategies. Stakeholder Engagement + Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify challenges in Agile adoption and provide tailored coaching. + Facilitate alignment and collaboration across teams and departments to support a smooth transformation journey.
