The specialist is expected to understand the cancellation of product orders and how to explain changes to product order accounts when necessary. The position supports system configuration by helping define key dictionaries, such as confirming LIS Methods, defining LIS Containers, and reviewing LAB., Participating in client and vendor project calls as assigned. Ensuring that Meditech MaaS Specialists perform work accurately and track the project well. Documenting current state and mapping needed application configuration and MDIs for future state functionality Collaborating with implementation teams to ensure a deep understanding of standard workflows for both the Laboratory. A primary responsibility is mastering specimen management routines, including entering and editing new requisitions, performing specimen edits, and correctly printing specimens. Providing a weekly summary of work status and progress.
