## About the Role

+ 1-3 years related experience.
 + Centralized Anti-virus server experience (McAfee, Symantec, Kaspersky).
 + Hands on experience with system image creation & distribution i.e. BOOTP/PXE, CloneZilla Server Edition, Sysprep and WinPE.
 + BA/BS preferred. High School Diploma, relevant training and demonstrated skills aligned to the job required.

## Description

+ General desktop and office level support including JIRA helpdesk monitoring and task completion.
Daily network care and feeding including password reset, printer maintenance, backups & revisions.

 + Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on Wargaming global and regional IT policies. Support policy implementation and maintenance.
 + Assist in the preparation of IT support for external gaming events and conventions. Possibly travel to assist in the setup and administration of IT support for external gaming events and conventions.
