Preferred Experience
2+ years of hands-on experience working with Cisco networking equipment, including troubleshooting of network-related issues including documentation.

## Description

The position of NOC Engineer II requires an engineering-focused technical professional who will provide technical support and guidance to customers. The ideal candidate is technical with some hands-on experience, customer focused, proactive, with the drive and determination to learn about emerging network and security technologies. This position is suited to an entry-level engineer looking to expand their knowledge and grow their career., + Provides Level 1 and 2 support for network alerts and related problems

 + Troubleshoot network issues and monitor managed client networks
 + Perform proactive maintenance and log review of network and security appliances
 + Install and configure network devices: routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
 + Escalates advanced issues to Cisco TAC and Senior Engineers
