Also proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. * Project management process development and improvement experience preferred. * Willingness to work with technical teams on technical aspects of project deliverables. * Insurance experience preferred. * PMO specific AI Experience preferred. An internal candidate should have six months in their current position, acceptable job performance, and must notify their current supervisor that they have applied for the position. ## Description * Lead and coordinate project efforts, including scoping, estimation, resource allocation, schedule creation, budget creation, task execution, status tracking and reporting, issue management, risk management, and change management. * Coordinate integration and development of system applications to meet business needs and enhance efficiency. * Coordinate and monitor work of cross functional teams, ensuring that project steps are aligned with business objectives, schedule and budget. * Able to manage large, complex projects with little to no supervision or guidance. Self-motivated and able to take initiative to dig into the details.
