In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, four (4) additional years of ISSE experience may be substituted for a total of twenty-four (24) years. · A Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, ISSE, or related discipline may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to eighteen (18) years' experience. · Knowledge of Federal, NSA, IC, and DoD Information Security regulations, publications, and policy · DoD 8570 compliance with IASAE Level 3 is required. Both Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP) and CISSP Certifications are required. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Sr. Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to join our dynamic team. Candidates with the following past performance will be a strong fit for this role. Provide critical support to the customer in designing, implementing, and/or integrating Cybersecurity and security systems and system components including those for networking, computing, enclave environments to include those with multiple enclaves and with differing data protection/classification requirements. Perform, or review, technical security assessments of computing environments to identify points of vulnerability, non-compliance with established Cybersecurity standards and regulations, and recommend mitigation strategies. Contribute to the security planning, assessment, risk analysis, risk management, certification and awareness activities for system and networking operations. Review certification and accreditation (C&A) documentation, provide feedback on completeness and compliance of its content. Support security authorization activities in compliance with NISCAP, DoD RMF, NIST RMF, and prescribed business processes for security engineering. An Active TS/SCI with full scope poly and IASAE Level III certifications are required. Only applicants who possess the required security clearance and certifications will be considered.
